All orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment processing is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Please note that customers in remote locations within Australia, including Western Australia, may experience longer delivery times than standard estimates.
Shipping Delays
Processing delays resulting from customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit errors are beyond our control. While we will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues, The Urn Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be accepted for credit or exchange within Australia if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a The Urn Atelier tax invoice. Some exclusions may apply.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance associated with product returns. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be issued for goods damaged in transit during return.
